Terms & Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Confirmation
Your cleaning appointment is considered confirmed once a service quote is accepted and payment or deposit (if applicable) is made. A confirmation email or message will be sent with the details of your scheduled service.
2. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost or forfeiture of the deposit, whichever is greater.

This policy is in place to compensate our team for reserved time and resources.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits (if applicable)
For certain services or larger jobs, a non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

The deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
4. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if:

You notify us more than 48 hours in advance.

The new date is within 14 days of the original appointment.
A new quote or deposit may be required for significantly altered service dates or scope of work.
5. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has access to the property at the agreed-upon time.

If our team cannot access the property due to locked doors, restricted entry, or absence of key personnel, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the applicable fee will apply.
6. No-Show Policy
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and no one is present or reachable, and we are unable to begin work, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Damage Policy
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will attempt to address it promptly.

In the rare case of property damage, please report it immediately. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, and excludes pre-existing conditions.
8. Weather & Emergency Cancellations
In the event of hazardous weather or emergency situations that make it unsafe or impossible for us to perform the service, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule without penalty.
